Uplinks are not the real problem; it's hives. Every time I've seen this exploit used to bog down a match, it has been done through the use of hives. In any case, it is doubtful this will ever get fixed as has been on CCP's backlog for a while now ...

I was stuck in the railing too. I eventually got out using the back hill but I had to jump just right on a certain part of the hill to get out. I do not have any increased mobility skills or equipment as I was just in the Militia Heavy at the time...
